The Campfire is where we keep talking. It is a place for connection, for the questions that come with menopause, and for the ordinary work of feeling well in our own lives. Movement. Learning. What we are living through. What we want to try next.
I created it because so many women tell me they want somewhere to land. Not another thing to keep up with. Somewhere they can hear other women, say what is true for them, and not have to start the whole story over every time.
You do not need to arrive with the answers. Come as you are.
What you'll find
There is a community feed, where we share and reply to one another. There are discussions you can join when you feel like it. And there is a private Practice Room: your journal, your recordings, and your inspiration board. That room is yours. The rest of the community cannot read it.
This is conversation and company. It is not medical advice, and it is not a program you have to finish.
Her Way and The Campfire
Menopause… Now What? is my free four-week program. You'll work through it alongside other women, with time to learn, move, ask questions and get to know one another.
During those four weeks, The Campfire is part of your experience. You'll have access to the whole community, plus a private place to connect with the women in your Her Way group.
And when those four weeks are over? The Campfire is still here. You can keep the conversations going, stay connected and continue being part of something you've started together.
Joining The Campfire
For now, The Campfire is part of Her Way.
We're starting by welcoming women through Menopause… Now What?, my free four-week program.
When you take part in Her Way, you'll also become part of The Campfire for those four weeks. You'll have access to the whole community, as well as a private space to connect with the women going through the program alongside you.
And when the four weeks are finished, you can decide whether you'd like to stay.
Ongoing membership: $37 CAD per month, plus applicable HST.
There's no obligation to continue, and you won't automatically be charged. Staying is entirely your choice.
We're not opening separate Campfire memberships just yet. And while we're getting the next Her Way groups ready, you're always welcome to get in touch if you'd like to know more.
